What is a virtual client?
Any client who does not have a physical office in our suite is considered to be a virtual client.
What does my virtual package include?
The virtual packages can be personalized to fit your company’s unique needs. Our most popular package is the “Phones & Mail” package. It includes phone answering and call directing and forwarding for one phone line plus incoming mail acceptance and 10 hours of free conference room usage. For companies that do not require a phone line, we have a “Mail Only” package that utilizes our Fifth Avenue address for incoming mail acceptance for your company and employees. Feel free to ask about how we can structure a package to best fit your specific needs.
Do you have conference rooms? How do I book them? What are the rates?
Yes, there are two conference room plus a day office for everyday use. The small conference room features a beautifully decorated room with a round table and 8 chairs. The large conference room features a rectangular table and will accommodate 15 people comfortably. The day office has a desk, executive chair and two guest chairs with a computer that has internet access, a scanner and a printer. All rooms have telephones with local call access. Coffee service is provided for an additional fee, and the rooms are available for public use.
How do I hook up my business phone line?
The local phone company, Embarq, will provide you with a phone number and send a technician to install the line in the building. Our local phone company will then come to install the lines directly into our phone system, so your calls can be answered by our skilled team members and directed to you according to your preference.
How do I sign up for services?

When can I access my office?
Tenants have 24-hour, 7-days-a-week access with the gray key fob provided upon occupancy.
What kind of parking is provided?
A three-tier parking garage is situated behind the building. It is accessible to tenants and their clients. It is also accessible after business hours by using the key fob. There is also a car washing, detailing service available under the parking garage.
What is included in my rent?
All utilities, cleaning service provided twice a week, a full service kitchen that includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and Culligan water cooler.
What is the “Corporate” package? What does it include?
Aside from your rent, the “Corporate” package provides phone answering and call directing service, incoming mail acceptance with a mail box at the front desk and 15 hours of conference room usage per month.
What kind of lease options are available?
A typical lease is one year; however, there are 3- and 6-month leases as well as a month-to-month lease option, all for a small price increase.
Is furniture available?
Furniture is available for purchase or rent.

What type of services does ESS provide?
We offer resume services, notary services, courier service, shipping service, bookkeeping, copies, faxes, mailings, typing, databases, etc.
Is there a Notary on staff?
Yes, there is an on-site Notary 5 days a week, during normal business hours.
Do I have to be signed up as a client to use your services?
No, you may walk in or call ahead at any given time and utilize all the secretarial services, conference rooms, notary services, etc.
What time is the mail delivered? Do you have Saturday delivery?
Mail is typically delivered in the afternoons. Saturday’s mail is distributed on Monday morning.
